Guided tours of the exhibition Jacques Cujas 1522-2022\. The factory of a «great jurist»
The Cujas Interuniversity Library is the heir to the Paris Law School Library, founded in 1829. Under a convention between the Université Paris 1 Panthéon Sorbonne and Paris-Panthéon-Assas, it takes its name from Jacques Cujas, a great legal thinker of the 16th century.
On the occasion of the fifth centenary of the birth of Jacques Cujas (1522 – 1590), the library is presenting an exhibition dedicated to the career of this great jurisconsult and to the influence of his thought on the evolution of law.
On Saturday 17 and Sunday 18 September, the library will be open to all for guided tours of the exhibition Jacques Cujas 1522-2022. The factory of a «great jurist». at 10h, 12h, 14h, and 16h.
