Walk in the vineyards of Sucy, replanted from 1985 by the Confrérie des Coteaux de Sucy, on the south-west slope. They recall that all the Sucycian hillsides were covered with vines from the beginning of the 9th century at least until the end of the 19th century. With a thousand feet of semillon and sauvignon, the Sucycian vineyard is the most important of the department. It produces the best years up to 1,500 litres of white wine.
