It is the story of a sea that will gradually invade the Paris basin leaving a large part of the Essonne under the waters. The sandy part sometimes delivers traces of plants and animal remains in the area. It will be an opportunity to discover, through the images of these remains, a rich marine fauna of subtropical climate before giving way to a desert: an ideal moment of reflection on this extinct world and the importance of safeguarding the regional natural heritage.
