Opening of the boiler room

For its first participation in the European Heritage Days the Chaufferie opens its doors to unveil its walls and video archives of its transformations.

On Sunday 18 September from 2pm to 5.30pm, the Chaufferie will be unveiled.
Screenings of the archives of this former district heating plant, which has become a place of creation, will take place throughout the afternoon.
From the vats to the plateau, the mutation of the boiler room will be projected on its large plateau.

La Chaufferie has been the birthplace of the DCA-Philippe Decouflé Company since 1993\. Carried out by the company, the rehabilitation of this former district heating plant in the City of Saint-Denis was carried out from 1994 to 1999\. Since this period, the Chaufferie has been developing and equipping itself with creative spaces with the installation of a stage, a dance studio, technical spaces: with a workshop, a storage warehouse and finally accessibility (exterior) layout
