Workshops discovery of the pianoforte (public masterclasse) Introduction to the technique of the Viennese pianoforte, discovery of the instrument, repertoire, composers and aesthetics of the time. Analysis of the musical discourse taking into account the types of play and the possibilities of touches, sound projection and specific mechanical responses.
Lecturers: Morgane Le Corre, Knut Jacques, Natalia Valentin.
• Intended for students of the network of Parisian conservatories in DEM and 3C (piano, harpsichord, clavichord and organ) and other conservatories to the extent of available places. • Classical repertoire (works composed between 1750-1810)
• Pre-registration by 10 September at the latest with your reference teachers. Information by email: mmp@paris.fr • Discovery course based on 30 minutes per student, with a mandatory participation of 2 hours. • All participating students and listeners are invited to the Round Table and Evening Concerts.
