Mehr als 30 Aussteller:
Für den Feinschmeckermarkt: Gänseleber, Ziegenkäse, Wein und Spirituosen, Pfannkuchen, Apfelsaft (vor Ort vor den Besuchern hergestellt), im Schloss gebackenes Brot (siehe Besuch des Brotofens), Honig, Würstchen, kreolische Produkte, Kekse. Alle Aussteller sind lokale Handwerker.
Für das Know-how: Porzellanmalerei, Schieferfarbe, Holzwender, Kunstintarsien, Tapezierer, Glasgraveur, Spitze, Stickerin, Schmied, Dachdecker, Puppenhaus, Schmuck, Glasspinner, Salzpaste. (Lokale Verbände und Handwerker)

More than 30 exhibitors:
For the gourmet market: foie gras, goat cheese, wines and spirits, pancakes, apple juice (made on site in front of visitors), bread made at the castle (see visit of the bread oven), honey, sausages, creole products, biscuits. All exhibitors are local artisans.
For know-how: painting on porcelain, painting on slate, turning on wood, marquetry of art, upholsterer, engraver on glass, lacemaker, embroiderer, blacksmith, roofers, house of dolls, jewels, spinner of glass, salt paste. (Associations and local artisans)

Nel cortile dei comuni e nel grande salone, mercato gourmet e artigianato d'arte.
Più di 30 espositori:
Per il mercato gourmet: foie gras, formaggio di capra, vini e liquori, frittelle, succo di mela (fatto sul posto davanti ai visitatori), pane fatto nel castello (vedi la visita del forno del pane), miele, salsicce, prodotti creoli, biscotti. Tutti gli espositori sono artigiani locali.
Per il know-how: pittura su porcellana, pittura su ardesia, tornitore su legno, intarsio d'arte, tappezziere, incisore su vetro, merlettaia, ricamatrice, fabbro, posatori, casa delle bambole, gioielli, filatore di vetro, pasta di sale. (Associazioni e artigiani locali)

Plus de 30 exposants :
Pour le marché gourmand : foie gras, fromage de chèvre, vins et spiritueux, crêpes, jus de pommes (fabriqué sur place devant les visiteurs), pain fabriqué au château (voir visite du four à pain), miel, saucissons, produits créoles, biscuits. Tous les exposants sont des artisans locaux.
Pour le savoir-faire : peinture sur porcelaine, peinture sur ardoise, tourneur sur bois, marqueterie d'art, tapissier, graveur sur verre, dentellière, brodeuse, forgeron, couvreurs, maison de poupées, bijoux, fileur de verre, pâte à sel. (Associations et Artisans locaux)

Para el mercado gourmet: foie gras, queso de cabra, vinos y licores, panqueques, zumo de manzana (hecho en el lugar delante de los visitantes), pan hecho en el castillo (ver visita del horno de pan), miel, salchichas, productos criollos, galletas. Todos los expositores son artesanos locales.
Para saber hacer: pintura sobre porcelana, pintura sobre pizarra, tornero sobre madera, marquetería de arte, tapicero, grabador sobre vidrio, encaje, bordadora, herrero, techadores, casa de muñecas, joyas, hilandero de vidrio, pasta de sal. (Asociaciones y Artesanos locales)
