This former seigneurial house, whose origins date back to the 12th or 13th century, was originally the fief of the lords of Montigny. Acquired in 1659 by the ladies of Port-Royal, this farm, which constitutes the largest landed property of Montigny, contributes to the considerable development of the neighbouring abbey. Later sold as a national property during the French Revolution, it became in the 19th century the center of a modern and efficient exploitation, at the centre of the economic and social life of the village. In operation until the early 1970s, it was later transformed by Edmond Bonnefoy in 1992 to accommodate leisure activities and event spaces for parties and seminars.
A discovery trail with two voices, from the medieval origins of the «Manoir» de Montigny to the barn with indoor threshing floor today transformed into a concert hall.
