The exhibition 'Asterisms' imagined by Naomi Cook at the House of Auguste Comte will be held around a large removable installation - ASTERISMS ROSACE - a luminous installation of the re-imagined celestial vault - light boxes, installed in different places inside the museum, and accompanied by a number of other small-format works (sculptures, drawings, videos) that will be integrated into the interiors of the apartment of Auguste Comte, the founder of positivism.

Apartment where the philosopher Auguste Comte lived from 1841 to 1857, located on the 2nd floor of the building. Six pieces with period furniture, personal objects of the philosopher, manuscripts and works exhibited in windows. Documentation and research centre on the 1st floor, custodian of most of Auguste Comte’s correspondence. Auguste Comte (1798-1857) was a collaborator of Saint-Simon who contributed greatly to the formation of his thought: a philosophy commanded by the concern to "end the revolutionary epoch", by making the minds converge on a single doctrine, positivism, and to reorganize society by making politics a "positive and physical science". His thought evolved towards a true religious positivism. The positivist society had as its motto "Love for principle, order for base and progress for all".
