Made without a camera, the photogram is obtained by placing objects directly on a sheet of photo paper before exposing the whole to light. Then, under the red lamp of the silver laboratory, it remains to reveal, fix, wash and dry this amazing "photogenic drawing" developed at the beginning of the 19th century by one of the pioneers of photography, Henry Fox Talbot.

From Évry, by car: motorway A6 towards Paris, exit towards A10 - Palaiseau, continue on D444 towards Igny then Bièvres. From Paris, by car: Porte de Châtillon: N306 towards Petit Clamart, straight ahead, 9 km. Porte de Sèvres: N118 towards Chartres-Orléans, exit N°5 Bièvres. Free parking in the museum park. From Évry, by train: RER D direction Paris then, at Juvisy-sur-Orge, RER C direction Versailles-chantiers, get off at Bièvres, take bus 15 until the stop Cholette. From Paris, by train: RER C direction Versailles-Chantier, get off at Bièvres, take bus 15 until the Cholette stop. RER B direction Saint-Rémy-les-Chevreuses, get off at Massy-Palaiseau. Transfer to Bièvres by RER C. Take bus 15 to the Cholette stop. By bus: line 15 departing from the Massy-Palaiseau or Bièvres train station, get off at the Cholette stop.
