From its 104 meters high, it is a real reinforced concrete skyscraper, inaugurated in 1932 and classified as a UNESCO World Heritage Site since 2005.
You will have to climb 109 steps before reaching the elevator or continue with 306 additional steps before you can admire the 360° view.
For safety reasons, the belfry is limited to a maximum of 18 people and backpacks will be stored. The climbs will be done on the water and within the limits of the places available. Minors must be accompanied.

The most remarkable work of the architect Emile Dubuisson, the hotel was built from 1924 and finished(ended) in 1932 by the construction of the belfry. It is the essential ranging-pole(milestone) of new development plan, plan of embellishment and of extension of the city in 1931\.
