The Bourloire «Maurice Follet» was built in 1999, in order to preserve this bourle game of disappearance. It pays tribute to Maurice Follet, one of the 86 victims of the Ascq Massacre. Emblematic of the North of France and especially practiced in the twentieth century, this game consists in placing the stock exchanges as close as possible to the tin. It is played with two or in teams of 3 or 6 players, each team having 6 bums. Each one is led by a commander who will try to place his bums while his teammates will throw their bums so that they constitute obstacles in order to hinder the opposing team! Open to all!
