David Poiron is an art craftsman in built heritage masonry, stonemason and eco-builder. He uses lime and hemp while working with hand tools. He opens the doors of his workshop to share his knowledge and know-how around the old building and offers a demonstration and a stone cutting workshop as well as a discovery of lime mortars and traditional frescoes.
