After 1871, the massive influx of the soldiers and state employees, native to Germany and in most the Protestants, ends in the creation of a military parish in 1883\. The church is built of neogothic style according to the plans of the architect of contingent. The party of distribution(casting) of spaces meets needs of many community. After the World War I the church became the place of worship of the Protestant haguenovienne parish.
