Guided tour of the former Royal Engineering School

The former Royal Engineering School, the current headquarters of the Ardennes Prefecture and the Departmental Council, will exceptionally open its doors to the public on Saturdays.

It is an opportunity to participate in free guided tours, accessible to people with reduced mobility, organized to present the history and architecture of the prefecture and to discover its salons, its furniture, as well as thematic exhibitions.
The visit of the building will include the historical description of the exterior and interior buildings, the visit of the Prefect’s office, the visit of the large salons, the dining room and much more.
The tour takes about 45 minutes.
You are asked to register by name on specific time slots before the September 15 at 12pm via the “box office” module. No payment required, tours are free for all.
Please note that the number of places is limited to 10 adults per group. It is not necessary to register children.
