The Departmental Media Library of Haute-Marne is a service of the Departmental Council of Haute-MarneMarne, whose main tasks are to help municipalities with less than 6,000 inhabitants create and develop a public reading service in rural areas and to facilitate access to reading and culture for as many people as possible.
It establishes and manages a collection of cultural documents, thematic suitcases and exhibitions that it distributes to libraries. It also offers them training, activities and annual cultural programming. Its digital portal – Web Library 52 – provides access to thousands of documents for all Haut-Marnais registered in a library of the network. A section is specially dedicated to children!
