Chapelle Saint-Charles / Le Clos des Augustins
6 Rue Grillot, 88370 Plombières-lès-Bains
The chapel is listed in the Additional Inventory of Historical Monuments. It takes place within the walls of the former thermal hospital of 1862, which became the hospice of the Two Augustines in 1891, then the Clos des Deux Augustins in 2011\. It was built in 1936 according to the drawings of a sister of the Congregation of Saint Charles and Franck Danis.
The characteristics of the chapel are: stained glass windows of pink and mauve scales, frescoes representing the Crucifixion, the Holy Family and Saint Charles Borromeo; a Stations of the Cross with figurative symbols of Calvary; cabochons in white earthenware and blue enamel tiles; brass luminaires.
The decor is similar to that of the Buvette du Bain National (Rue Liétard).
