Certified factory of sugared almonds Begun(Undertaken) by living Heritage. The factory of Sugared almonds Braquier fabricates the speciality of Verdun since 1783 and perpetuates its craft(home-made) manufacturing. Sirs Léon Braquier and Edward Boivin move the company and buy, from the armistice of 1871, the castle of Coulmier, old(former) holiday of the bishops of Verdun, where they make a large factory. Destroyed during the Battle of Verdun in 1916, the factory was rebuilt and updated.
