The Pôle Patrimoine & Illustration offers a panorama of the great stages of love, via its most beautiful illustrated manuscripts and artist’s books.

On the occasion of the 39th edition of the European Heritage Days, Love will be at the rendezvous.
Friendship notebooks, romantic romances, landscapes and idyllic scenes: the Pôle Patrimoine & Illustration offers you a panorama of the great stages of love through its most beautiful illustrated manuscripts and artist’s books.
Come share our favourites!
Drawing and coloring activities in autonomy will be offered to children accompanying their parents.
Guided tours on Saturday at 10am, 2pm and 5pm.
Free visit from 10am to 7pm.

Since 2008, the André Malraux media library, bridgehead of the network of the media libraries of the Eurometropolis, raises(draws up) proudly its prow silvered on the Peninsula A. Malraux, architectural rehabilitation of an industrial past of the XIXth century s. by the architects Ibos-Vitart. At the heart of this building, 280 000 old(former) works and books(pounds) of artists available for consultation in Heritage and 300 000 multimedia empruntables documents make the wealth of this place of life. Heritage watches both the old(former) books, the written, iconographic and historic memory of last centuries, and on artists' books(pounds), the contemporary creations of beautiful "books objects" serial limited, over heritage of tomorrow.
