A festival celebrating urban and contemporary art
Back to the multicolored abnormal!
Our artists bombard the daily life with colours and invite us to discover their works without masks (finally!), or blinders (never!), for a fourth «extended» edition at the Ateliers illumines!
For the fourth surprise-packed edition of COLORS – Contemporary Urban Art Festival powered by Socomec, our team will once again be hosting our HQ from September 2 to 25.
The 2022 concept? To honour the work done last year by the creators who made their spraycans and brushes speak here, while proposing to about fifteen artists to tackle the other walls of the Workshops and vehicles or structures located on the square in front of the premises (we will tell you more about this soon). Of course, there will also be an important event Hors les murs with small and (very) large formats made in the Eurometropolis and in Sélestat (info to follow soon).
Novelty: this year, an immersive and playful space will allow the youngest to live a «journey in urban art», to understand its history and its stakes: «We make the wall?» (emanation of the eponymous edition of Sébastien Touache and Romain Gallissot).
COLORS is a unique festival in the Eurometropolis that offers in the space of one month, to discover graffiti and street art during an exhibition full of colors. Strasbourg under the bombs!
On the programme: 1 exhibition (indoor and outdoor) + 1 exhibition for young people «We’re making the wall?» + 1 bar + 1 ephemeral shop + one Outside the walls in the Eurometropolis and in Sélestat.
