After discovering the history of this mill from the 16th century to the present day, the visitor can discover in the workshop some machines dating from the beginning of the 20th century and some very rare. He will also be able to discover the work of the volunteers of the association since June 2016, from the restoration of the wheel to the restarting of the machinery of this mill, which was an activity dedicated to tanneries until the end of the 19th century and was later transformed into a workshop for the creation and repair of mills.

The vocation of this mill was intended(designed) to repair other mills of the region. The wheel, which turns(shoots) thanks to the current of an arm of the Indre, allows to run the machines which date the beginning of last century and that are very in a fit state of walking(step). The wheel is under way of restoration(catering) thanks to the volunteers of the association A2MBEAULIEU, created in June, 2016\. The mill ceased working at the end of the eighties and was left to the municipality in 2008 by the girl of the last mechanic.
