Through a walk of 2 kilometers on the vineyard slopes of Beaulieu sur Loire, under the impulse of the team of CPIE Yonne et Nièvre, we will wonder about the links between the landscapes and what we eat. This other way of looking at our landscapes will also lead us to question the physiognomy of the place (geology, place of water, history, etc.) and the collective initiatives of food transition of the territory.
