The job was hard but oh so exciting to operate these Forges, Exceptional witness of two industrial revolutions. We present to you, too, the work of these men and women in the forest of Brocéliande to supply these Forges. You will appreciate this set of buildings protected under the title of Historical Monuments, as well as these models and videos to appreciate their craft until 1954\. A pond, two blast furnaces, a rolling mill, a foundry in restoration, workers' housing, the house of the Master of the Forges… a whole complex constituting the village of Les Forges. We are happy to share with you our passion for history and this long restoration project undertaken with the help of the State and the Regional Council of Brittany.
