The chapel of Trevoazan in Prat was originally dedicated to Our Lady. Remains attributed to the Templars (members of the preceptory of the Palacret en Saint-Laurent) dating back to the 13th century. The chapel was then attached to the possessions of the Hospitallers of Saint John of Jerusalem and placed under the protection of Saint John the Baptist.
Choir and west gable dating from the end of the 15th century; ossuary and altar from the 16th century; reconstruction of the nave and aisles in the 17th century. This chapel belonged in the 16th century to the family Le Chevoir (tombstone engraved with the coat of arms of the lords).
Collapsed before the First World War, the chapel was listed as a Historic Monument in 1926\. The building was restored in the 1980s.
In 1182, the Templars are confirmed by Conan IV an almsgiving in Trévoazan, then, in 1444, the village of Trévoazan is mentioned as trevia of the parish of Prat. The choir and west gable were built between 1497 and 1500 by Jehan
