Overview
The House of Dragons is first and foremost a research site on medieval civil architecture, so rich in Cluny. We discover the evolution of the house for 800 years, the daily life of its inhabitants, the archaeological research techniques used since 2012.
Event 2022: the painting site
The House of the Dragons is richly decorated. It owes its name to the Dragons carved on the skylight. It also houses, on the 2nd floor, wall paintings that cover the entire period of the Middle Ages. These paintings are being restored.
