conference visit
Conference visit organized in partnership with the Ouverture festival! which has been in existence since 2018 and is the only event entirely dedicated to the French classical music repertoire in the country. Each year it brings together leading artists accustomed to the best national and international scenes to interpret the great names of the French repertoire: Lully, Rameau, Couperin, Gluck, Offenbach, Fauré, Franck, Debussy, Ravel, Hahn, etc. etc.
Antoine Boulay, President of the Festival Ouverture! , will propose to the visitors of the Théâtre du Rempart a «Voyage dans le patrimoine français en musique et hommage à Anna Judic, la grande cantatrice de Semur», a great lyrical figure of Semur-en-Auxois, second muse of Offenbach, including an extract recorded at the end of her life, the song "Don’t tickle me!" will be broadcast.
The animation will be done in two voices since the animator of the heritage will evoke the hisitoire so particular of the place and its connection with the music: the painted decoration of the ceiling, the existence of the pit, the balls that were given there, and the lyric festival of the years 90, etc...
When intangible and living heritage joins the built and historical heritage…
