The Regional Institute for Crafts and Contemporary Creation is a resource and training center for professionals of Crafts. For 21 years, it has been using a system for safeguarding and transmitting heritage: "Choosing an art profession to be accomplished".
Matières d'art is the presentation of masterpieces by 21 IRMACC trainees, testimonies at the same time technical, aesthetic and sometimes even symbolic of a year of training and learning in immersion and welcome workshop. This exhibition rich in experience and diversity will be presented by the trainees throughout the weekend for exciting exchanges with the visitors. The pieces presented demonstrate at the same time a commitment, a choice of life, the ability of the hand and the mind to sublimate, associate, transform materials. The exhibits are accompanied by their sketches, tests, prototypes that participate in the creative process.
