Enjoy the European Heritage Days at the Château de Clermont, a departmental estate.
Come and discover life in the Renaissance. Demonstration of arquebus shooting and other instruments, installation of a military camp, presentation of the noble outfits and people of the time, as if you were there! Animation realized by the associations of living history Lothringen Landsknecht and Levée Mont-le-Vieux.

This house pleasure, classified as "Historic Monument" in 1950, is a surprise by its monumental facade and its internal galleries. It was built from 1576 till 1580 by Welshman(Welsh people) Look, become son of the soil bishop of Bagnoréa (Italy), which passed(spent,crossed) a part(party) of his life to the service(department) of three popes in Rome and made build its summer residence to Clermont, at the foot of the medieval castle of the counts of Geneva.
