Glass sculpture 3 meters high signed Guillaume Bottazzi à Croix
For this year 2021, the famous artist Guillaume Bottazzi invites us to a gargantuan artistic journey with 25 works of art to discover in France as part of the European Heritage Days. The works presented criss-cross the country from north to south of France, from Croix, near Lille, via Paris, Lyon, Marseille and up to Mandelieu...
Guillaume Bottazzi has signed nearly 100 environmental and poetic works in public spaces and it is at Croix that is presented a glass sculpture of the artist who is on the Domaine des Diamants Blancs, in the extension of the Mallet-Stevens which adjoins the Villa Cavrois, an emblematic architecture classified.
Inspired by flowers, it is a hymn to the joy and sweetness of life. This glass work of 3 meters high is made with enamels. This ecological material is a natural material reduced to powder which is composed of different minerals.
This poetic creation induces us to travel in an unreal universe. It nourishes the passerby by by making him dream. It creates a poetic, enchanting space that evolves according to our imagination. The imaginary is anterior to our perceptions and ideas, it will reveal them, allow us to build ourselves, strengthen ourselves, renew ourselves and reinvent ourselves.
Installation of the sculpture to be seen on BFM TV:
