The church of Saint-Martin, dating from the 15th century, is a magnificent example of flamboyant Gothic style, embellished with a strong tower from the 13th century. This church benefited from the generosity of the dukes of Lorraine, such as René II, Antoine and Charles III, who called on their official painters to decorate its walls. The sixteenth-century murals, classified as Historic Monuments, are of princely style and address religious themes such as Saint-Antoine, the Cycle of the Passion, Saint-Claude and Saint-Jean-Baptiste. These works were restored in 2012.
The church also houses a rich heritage, including a carved block representing «La charité de saint Martin» of the sixteenth century, woodwork of the eighteenth century, the pulpit of Bourdaloue and an altar of the nineteenth century. The 13th century fortified tower, which serves as a bell tower, is decorated with beautiful loopholes. The old cemetery has been transformed into a garden of medieval inspiration.
