The workshops(studios) of the stream train of the Cévennes habitually closed to the public, open their doors on September 21st and 22nd on the occasion of European Heritage Days. Associating him(her,it) of GADEFT, working at the protection(saving) of railroad heritage, proposes you of guided tours throughout weekend to be divided our passion of the railroad and to arrest the previous technologies. Visit is all the more interesting since many stream locomotives are under repair in workshops(studios), this allowing to include the functioning of these animals of steel.
It is also a chance to board the cabin of our iconic locomotive, 140 C 27, hatches line classified as "Historic Monument". We will be proud to present you the rail car VH24 Renault, the exemplary last one in functioning in France.
