Natural outing(exit) in the discovery of the Volcanic hill of Wolf, site Natura on 2000
Some would take the Volcanic hill of Wolf for an old(former) volcano, others for a slag heap coming from the quite close appearance(mine) so much his(her,its) colour makes rusty his(her,its) shape and denote with ambient landscape.
However the Volcanic hill of Wolf is neither the one, nor other one. Its rock in attractive green reflexions, the serpentinite, is a geological curiosity which upsets the life of plants. Vegetation is there discreet and capable of resisting the toxicity of the ground and the wind which often sweeps(annihilates) this strange hill …
The natural housing environments, the flora and the fauna(crowd) of the Volcanic hill of Wolf, are so rare and sensitive as he(it) is protected at European level via the network Natura on 2000!

Physical condition: small walking(step) of necessary access, travel(movement) in uneven(injured) environment(middle) – prolonged standing.
Requested equipment: good high shoes and preferably high, and according to no weather report (not sheltered((sheltered) site), windcheater, hat, water, sun protection …
