"Artisans and storekeepers, Montbazin 1950-1970"
On the occasion of European Heritage Days of September 16th and 17th, 2017, the Circle of Researches(Searches) on Heritage Montbazinois wishes to emphasise the rich commercial and craft(home-made) period which livened up(led) the heart of the village from 1950 till 1970, period when about forty businesses and craftsmen(architects) participated in the economic life of Montbazin.
On September 16th and 17th an exhibition(exposure) of photos, documents and authentic objects, in the chapel Saint Peter (12th century), will revive this period and a circuit of visit in the village will allow to recollect the diversity of this activity.
