Culinary journey from Prehistory to the Middle Ages
During this day, immerse yourself in history through your senses. Don’t just watch, become an actor of history: observe the evolution of dishes, spices and ingredients that have shaped our history and try your hand at making cream and butter with a prehistoric whip. You will also have the opportunity to crush your grains with the Roman millstone to make flour and to make your bread cakes, not to mention the smoking of meat over a wood fire, a technique with captivating scents.
