This temple was built from 1862 to 1865 by the architect Théodore Ballu and is the first reformed temple built in the capital. It includes a worship room with its sacristy, a library, housing as well as a boys' school and a girls' school. The entrance to the place of worship is distinguished by columns topped with a pediment and a steeple. The prayer hall has a first level wainscoted with oak and a second carrying the galleries. A glazed ceiling of colored glass dating from 1905 provides lighting. This building is considered a major work of the Second Empire, created in a classical style.
