Das Projekt
Dieses Erhöhungsprojekt ist mit einer umfassenden energetischen Renovierung des bestehenden Gebäudes verbunden: einem einstöckigen Haus, das 1958 vor dem ersten Ölschock gebaut wurde. Tragende Struktur und Isolierung werden durch die Ecococon-Gehäuse gewährleistet, ein System aus vorgefertigten Blöcken aus Stroh und Holz. Das Dach ist mit einer Zellulosewatte isoliert, die die thermische Hülle des Gebäudes ergänzt. Die Tischlerarbeiten bestehen aus lackiertem Holz, sind mit dreifacher Verglasung ausgestattet und es wird besonderes Augenmerk auf die Luftdichtigkeit der gesamten Konstruktion gelegt. Bei der Innenausstattung erhalten die Wände hauptsächlich einen Erdputz, der zum hygrothermischen Komfort beiträgt und gleichzeitig der Logik der natürlichen Materialien des Projekts entspricht. Die Heizung wird durch einen Heizofen mit Mischwärme gewährleistet, der durch eine Doppelfluss-VMC ergänzt wird.
Der Architekt des Projekts ist auch eine der Eigentümerinnen. Die Besichtigung findet im Verlauf der Baustelle statt, sobald das Clos-couvert fertiggestellt ist. Hinweis: geschlossene Schuhe obligatorisch
Das Architekturbüro
L'Atelier Sienne ist ein 2019 gegründetes Architekturbüro, das sich auf die umweltfreundliche Renovierung von Häusern spezialisiert hat. Der Name des Atelier Sienne erinnert sowohl an die Schwingung des Pigmentes Terre de Sienne, die rohe und natürliche Materialität der Erde als auch an die Aneignung der Räume durch ihre Nutzer: die Architektur zu ihrem eigenen machen. Das Atelier Sienne ist in der Architektenkammer unter der Referenz IDF S20467 eingetragen.

The project
This elevation project is associated with a comprehensive energy renovation of the existing building: a single-story house built in 1958, before the first oil shock. The load-bearing framework and insulation are provided by Ecococon boxes, a system of prefabricated blocks made of straw and wood. The roof is insulated with cellulose wadding, completing the thermal envelope of the building. The joinery is made of painted wood, equipped with triple glazing, and particular attention is paid to the airtightness of the entire construction. In interior finishing, the walls are mainly given a clay coating, which contributes to hygrothermal comfort while being part of the logic of natural materials of the project. Heating is provided by a mixed boiler stove, complemented by a double flow VMC.
The architect of the project is also one of the owners-inhabitants. The visit will take place during the construction site, once the closed-roofed area has been finalized. Note: closed shoes mandatory

Il progetto
Questo progetto di sopraelevazione è associato a una ristrutturazione energetica globale dell'edificio esistente: una casa a pianta unica costruita nel 1958, prima del primo shock petrolifero. La struttura portante e l'isolamento sono assicurati dai cassoni Ecococon, un sistema di blocchi prefabbricati in paglia e legno. Il tetto è isolato in tessuto di cellulosa, che completa l'involucro termico dell'edificio. Le falegnamerie sono in legno verniciato, dotate di triplo vetro, e particolare attenzione viene posta alla tenuta all'aria dell'intera costruzione. Nella finitura interna, le pareti ricevono principalmente un intonaco di terra, che contribuisce al comfort igrotermico e si inserisce nella logica dei materiali naturali del progetto. Il riscaldamento è fornito da una stufa mista bollente, completata da una VMC a doppio flusso.
L'architetto del progetto è anche una dei proprietari-abitanti. La visita si svolgerà durante il cantiere, una volta completato il confinamento. Nota: scarpe chiuse obbligatorie

El proyecto
Este proyecto de elevación está asociado a una renovación energética global del edificio existente: una casa de un solo piso construida en 1958, antes de la primera crisis petrolera. La estructura portante y el aislamiento están asegurados por los cajones Ecococon, un sistema de bloques prefabricados de paja y madera. El techo está aislado con una capa de celulosa, que complementa la envolvente térmica del edificio. Las carpinterías son de madera pintada, equipadas con triple acristalamiento, y se presta especial atención a la estanqueidad al aire del conjunto de la construcción. En el acabado interior, las paredes reciben principalmente un revestimiento de tierra, que contribuye al confort higrotérmico y se inscribe en la lógica de los materiales naturales del proyecto. La calefacción se realiza mediante una estufa mixta hervidora, completada por una VMC de flujo doble.
El arquitecto del proyecto es también una de los propietarios-habitantes. La visita se llevará a cabo durante la construcción, una vez que el vallado-cubierto esté finalizado. Nota: zapatos cerrados obligatorios

L'Atelier Sienne es una empresa de arquitectura creada en 2019 y especializada en la renovación ecológica de viviendas. El nombre del Atelier Sienne evoca a la vez la vibración del pigmento tierra de sienne, la materialidad bruta y natural de la tierra, y la apropiación de los lugares por sus usuarios: hacer suya la arquitectura.
