Stroll in the city center of Saint-André
The suburb of Saint-André developed along the road from Lille to Ypres. It was at the time of the construction of the fortifications of Lille that this suburb was cut in two, a part being integrated into the capital of Flanders. The part that remained outside the walls, more rural, became the current city of Saint-André, erected as a commune during the Revolution. During this tour you will discover the emblematic buildings of the city center.
