Die gesungene Sprache von Claude Nougaro ist ein Fest - das der tanzenden Worte, der sprudelnden Bilder, des Jazz, der zwischen den Silben gleitet. Jean-Michel Athané und Gille Crépin tauchen mit Freude ein, indem sie aus einem riesigen Repertoire schöpfen, um das Wesentliche zu bieten: die Wärme, den Humor, die süß-bittere Melancholie des großen Dichters von Toulouse.
Weder Rekonstruktion noch Nachahmung - eine Interpretation. Klavier und Stimme, Einfachheit und Zartheit: Das Duo spielt die Lieder wie man Geschichten erzählt, auf männlicher Höhe, mit der ruhigen Überzeugung, dass Schönheit keine Verzierungen braucht, um sie richtig zu berühren.
Von der Île de Ré nach Bidonville, von Un été aux pépites moins connues, eine Einladung, das Werk eines Künstlers neu zu entdecken, der es besser als jeder andere geschafft hat, die französische Sprache zum Schwingen zu bringen.
Georgische Lieder

Der Aïssi-Chor hat sich besonders darum bemüht, das reiche Erbe der polyphonischen georgischen Gesänge sowohl heiliger als auch weltlicher Art bekannt zu machen.
Heute Abend werden wir weltlich und folkloristisch singen, um das einfache, oft freudige, manchmal sehr schwierige Leben der Bauern, Hirten und anderer bescheidener Menschen zu feiern, die einst in Regionen Georgiens mit ganz anderen Dialekten und Bräuchen lebten; aber immer, um die Liebe, die Natur und die Lebensfreude in den Mittelpunkt zu stellen!

Charlie und Nestane lernen seit eineinhalb Jahren die mandingoschen Percussions bei Daredjane und haben speziell für diesen Anlass ein polyrhythmisches Programm zusammengestellt, ihre erste öffentliche Aufführung.

Georgian songs

The Aïssi choir is particularly committed to making known the rich heritage of Georgian polyphonic songs, both sacred and profane.
This evening we will sing profane and folkloric songs to celebrate the simple, often joyful, sometimes very difficult life of peasants, shepherds and other modest people who once populated regions of Georgia with very different dialects and customs; but always to honor love, nature, and the joy of life!
Mandingo percussion

Charlie and Nestane have been learning Mandingo percussion with Daredjane for a year and a half and have concocted a polyrhythmic program especially for the occasion, their first public performance.
