The museum’s lapidary collections bring together works related to the construction of the cloister of Saint-Pierre Abbey in 1100\. They are exhibited in the chapels opening onto the cloister and allow us to understand the evolution of Romanesque sculpture from the end of the 11th to the 13th centuries. The ethnographic collection includes elements of costumes, pieces of earthenware, terracotta, furniture… informing about the history of Moissac and its population. It is presented at temporary exhibitions.
