4 Place Marc Elder, 44000 Nantes, France
Loire-Atlantique
Pays de la Loire
A castle rich in six centuries of history, which houses a residential palace with refined facades with its Renaissance-style loggias. It was built at the end of the 15th century by François II, last duke of Brittany, then by his daughter, Anne of Brittany, twice queen of France. Recent archaeological, historical and architectural discoveries allow us to approach the history of this monument differently. In the heart of the medieval district of Nantes, its courtyard, ramparts and moats are accessible. Public square, it welcomes you for a moment of relaxation or during major cultural events.
