Diese Mühle aus dem 15. Jahrhundert ist die letzte Windmühle im Haut-Quercy, die noch gemahlen ist. Seit 1984 unter Wahrung seiner Authentizität restauriert, funktioniert es ohne moderne Mechanismen: Nur das "Ellbogenöl" ermöglicht seine Betätigung.
