Das Manoir Vié ist ein emblematisches Gebäude von Bergerac. Im Herzen der Stadt gelegen, blieb es mehrere Jahre verlassen, bevor es besetzt und dann versteigert wurde.
Heute rehabilitiert, hat es seinen ganzen Glanz wiedergefunden und ist nun das Herzstück einer Seniorenresidenz. Die Architekten haben es verstanden, mit den Einschränkungen des Geländes und des Gebäudes umzugehen, während sie die Vorschriften der Architekten der Gebäude von Frankreich einhielten.

The Vié manor is an emblematic building of Bergerac. Located in the heart of the city, it remained abandoned for several years before being squatted and then sold at auction.
Today rehabilitated, it has regained all its beauty and is now the centerpiece of a senior services residence. The architects were able to cope with the constraints of the land and the building, while respecting the prescriptions of the Architectes des Bâtiments de France.

Il maniero Vié è un edificio emblematico di Bergerac. Situato nel cuore della città, è rimasto abbandonato per diversi anni prima di essere occupato e poi venduto all'asta.
Oggi riabilitato, ha recuperato tutto il suo splendore ed è ora il fulcro di una residenza per anziani. Gli architetti hanno saputo convivere con i vincoli del terreno e dell'edificio, rispettando al contempo le prescrizioni degli Architetti degli Edifici di Francia.

Aujourd’hui réhabilité, il a retrouvé toute sa superbe et constitue désormais la pièce maîtresse d’une résidence services seniors. Les architectes ont su composer avec les contraintes du terrain et du bâtiment, tout en respectant les prescriptions des Architectes des Bâtiments de France.

Hoy rehabilitado, ha recuperado todo su esplendor y constituye ahora la pieza central de una residencia de servicios para mayores. Los arquitectos han sabido convivir con las limitaciones del terreno y del edificio, respetando al mismo tiempo las prescripciones de los Arquitectos de los Edificios de Francia.
