Entdeckung des architektonischen Erbes der Bibliothèque des Grands Moulins
Geführte Besuche:
Die ehemaligen Grands Moulins in Paris, die zwischen 1917 und 1921 von Georges Wybo gebaut wurden, führten ihre Tätigkeit als Mehlwerke bis 1996 fort. Nach ihrer Sanierung und Umwandlung in ein Universitätsgebäude durch das Büro von Rudy Ricciotti zwischen 2004 und 2006 sind die Grands Moulins in ihrer Außenhülle weiterhin ein kraftvolles Zeugnis der industriellen Architektur des frühen 20. Jahrhunderts. Heute ist die Bibliothèque Grands Moulins, spezialisiert auf Wissenschaften, Kunst, Literatur, Geistes- und Sozialwissenschaften, ein integraler Bestandteil des Bibliotheksnetzes der Universität Paris Cité.
Die Besichtigung dauert 1,5 Stunden.

Die Bibliothèque des Grands Moulins, ein Hochhaus der Mühlentradition, bietet Ihnen im zweiten Stock ein einzigartiges Panorama der Brotbeutel aus Frankreich und dem Ausland. Ein sowohl ästhetischer als auch analytischer Ansatz, der Sie "mundfertig" machen wird!

Discovery of the architectural heritage of the Grands Moulins Library
Guided visits:
The old Grands Moulins de Paris, built between 1917 and 1921 by Georges Wybo, continued their milling activity until 1996. After their rehabilitation and transformation into a university building by the firm of Rudy Ricciotti between 2004 and 2006, the Grands Moulins remain, in their outer envelope, a powerful testimony to the industrial architecture of the early twentieth century. Today, the Grands Moulins library, specialized in sciences, arts, letters, humanities and social sciences, is an integral part of the network of libraries of the University Paris Cité.

Gli ex Grands Moulins di Parigi, costruiti tra il 1917 e il 1921 da Georges Wybo, hanno continuato la loro attività di macinazione fino al 1996. Dopo la loro ristrutturazione e trasformazione in un edificio universitario da parte dello studio di Rudy Ricciotti tra il 2004 e il 2006, i Grands Moulins rimangono, nella loro copertura esterna, una potente testimonianza dell'architettura industriale dell'inizio del XX secolo. Oggi, la biblioteca Grands Moulins, specializzata in scienze, arti, lettere, scienze umane e sociali, è parte integrante della rete delle biblioteche dell'Università Paris Cité.

Les anciens Grands Moulins de Paris, construits entre 1917 et 1921 par Georges Wybo, ont poursuivi leur activité de meunerie jusqu’en 1996. Après leur réhabilitation et leur transformation en bâtiment universitaire par le cabinet de Rudy Ricciotti entre 2004 et 2006, les Grands Moulins demeurent, dans leur enveloppe extérieure, un témoignage puissant de l’architecture industrielle du début du XXe siècle. Aujourd’hui, la bibliothèque Grands Moulins, spécialisée en sciences, arts, lettres, humanités et sciences sociales, fait partie intégrante du réseau des bibliothèques de l’Université Paris Cité.

Tras su rehabilitación y transformación en edificio universitario por el gabinete de Rudy Ricciotti entre 2004 y 2006, los Grandes Molinos siguen siendo, en su envoltura exterior, un poderoso testimonio de la arquitectura industrial de principios del siglo XX. Actualmente, la biblioteca Grands Moulins, especializada en ciencias, artes, letras, humanidades y ciencias sociales, forma parte de la red de bibliotecas de la Universidad Paris Cité.

Exposición «Vestir el pan: la bolsa de pan en su diversidad»
Alto lugar de tradición maderera, la biblioteca de los Grandes Molinos le propone descubrir, en el segundo piso, un panorama inédito de las bolsas de pan de Francia y del resto del mundo. Un enfoque a la vez estético y analítico que le dejará "boca de trigo"!
