Das gebaute Erbe, alt, neu und in der Zukunft, wird mit zahlreichen Bedrohungen konfrontiert sein: Klimakrise, zunehmende Ressourcenknappheit, Künstlichkeit,...
Angesichts dieser Herausforderungen schlagen wir vor, die Vorteile des Holzbaus durch den Besuch des Gebäudes B auf der Insel Nantes zu erkunden.
Das in Gebäuden verwendete Holz ist eine erneuerbare Ressource, speichert langfristig Kohlenstoff und ermöglicht alle architektonischen Formen.
• Kommentierte Besichtigungen: Die Besichtigung des Gebäudes wird seine Architektur und die Entscheidungen, die getroffen wurden, um die Widerstandsfähigkeit gegen Krisen zu veranschaulichen, detailliert beschreiben: ausgewählte lokale Sorten, biobasierte Materialien, Innen- und Außenanlagen. Die Besichtigung umfasst das für die Öffentlichkeit zugängliche Erdgeschoss, aber auch die privaten Bereiche, die Stockwerke und das Atrium.

Faced with these issues, we propose to explore the advantages of wood construction by visiting Building B, on the island of Nantes.
Wood used in buildings is a renewable resource, it stores carbon over the long term, and allows all architectural forms.
• Guided tours: the tour of the building will detail its architecture and the choices that have been made to illustrate resilience in the face of crises: local species chosen, bio-based materials, interior and exterior layouts. The visit will include the ground floor open to the public but also the private areas, floors and atrium.

Di fronte a queste sfide, proponiamo di esplorare i vantaggi della costruzione in legno visitando il Bâtiment B, sull'isola di Nantes.
Il legno utilizzato negli edifici è una risorsa rinnovabile, stocca carbonio a lungo termine e consente tutte le forme architettoniche.
• Visite commentate: la visita dell'edificio approfondirà la sua architettura e le scelte che sono state fatte per illustrare la resistenza alle crisi: essenze locali selezionate, materiali a base di biomassa, allestimenti interni ed esterni. La visita includerà il piano terra aperto al pubblico, ma anche le parti private, i piani e l'atrio.

Face à ces enjeux nous proposons d’explorer les atouts de la construction bois par la visite du Bâtiment B, sur l’île de Nantes.
Le bois utilisé dans les bâtiments est une ressource renouvelable, il stocke du carbone sur le long terme, et permet toutes les formes architecturales.
• Visites commentées : la visite du bâtiment détaillera son architecture et les choix qui ont été faits pour illustrer la résistance face aux crises : essences locales choisies, matériaux biosourcés, aménagements intérieurs et extérieurs. La visite inclura le rez-de-chaussée ouvert au public mais aussi les parties privatives, étages et atrium.

Frente a estos desafíos, proponemos explorar las ventajas de la construcción en madera visitando el Edificio B, en la isla de Nantes.
La madera utilizada en los edificios es un recurso renovable, almacena carbono a largo plazo y permite todas las formas arquitectónicas.
• Visitas comentadas: la visita del edificio detallará su arquitectura y las decisiones que se han tomado para ilustrar la resistencia frente a las crisis: especies locales seleccionadas, materiales de origen biológico, acondicionamiento interior y exterior. La visita incluirá la planta baja abierta al público, pero también las partes privadas, pisos y atrios.
