Der Johannes-Tempel wurde vom Architekten M. Jundt, Ingenieur für Brücken und Straßen und Presbyterianer, entworfen und am 10. Mai 1877 eingeweiht.
Heute beherbergt es eine prächtige Orgel von Marc Garnier (1984), eine barocke norddeutsche Ästhetik, in der Nähe der Instrumente, die Johann Sebastian Bach im lutherischen Deutschland des frühen 18. Jahrhunderts kannte.
Zu beachten ist folgendes: Die Freunde der Orgel und der Musik von Belfort veranstalten ein Konzert von Jean-Charles Ablitzer

Designed by the architect M. Jundt, a bridge and highway engineer and a presbyteral councillor, the Saint John Temple was inaugurated and consecrated on May 10, 1877, in full counter-conservative reaction.
Today it houses a superb organ Marc Garnier (1984), of Baroque aesthetics North Germany, CLOSE to the instruments that Johann Sebastian Bach knew in Lutheran Germany at the beginning of the 18th century.

Progettato dall'architetto M. Jundt, ingegnere dei ponti e delle strade e consigliere presbiterale, il tempio di San Giovanni fu inaugurato e consacrato il 10 maggio 1877, in piena reazione conservatrice antiprotestante.
Oggi ospita un superbo organo Marc Garnier (1984), di estetica barocca Germania del Nord, vicino agli strumenti conosciuti da Johann Sebastian Bach nella Germania luterana dell'inizio del XVIII secolo.

À l’occasion des Journées européennes du patrimoine, venez visiter le temple Saint-Jean de Belfort.
Conçu par l’architecte M. Jundt, ingénieur des ponts et chaussées et conseiller presbytéral, le temple Saint-Jean est inauguré et consacré le 10 mai 1877, en pleine réaction conservatrice antiprotestante.
Il abrite aujourd'hui un superbe orgue Marc Garnier (1984),l’un des treize orgues de la Ligne des Orgues Remarquables, d'esthétique baroque Allemagne du Nord, proche des instruments qu'a connus Jean-Sébastien Bach dans l'Allemagne luthérienne du début du 18ème siècle.
Dans ce cadre, les Amis de l’Orgue et de la Musique de Belfort organisent un concert avec l’organiste Gabriel Wolfer.

Alberga hoy un soberbio órgano Marc Garnier (1984), de estética barroca Alemania del Norte, próximo a los instrumentos que conoció Jean-Sébastien Bach en la Alemania luterana de principios del siglo XVIII.
Cabe señalar lo siguiente: Los Amigos del Órgano y de la Música de Belfort organizan un concierto de Jean-Charles Ablitzer
