Nach dem Hundertjährigen Krieg wurde die heutige Kirche auf Wunsch der Einwohner der Stadt bei Margarete von Lothringen, Herzogin von Alençon und Gräfin von Perche gebaut. Die Arbeiten endeten um 1535, aber der Glockenturm wurde einige Jahre später (1635) von einer besonders eleganten Schieferdecke überragt. Leider wurde dieser Turm bei einer großen lokalen Demonstration in Brand gesteckt und 1890 wurde eine katastrophale Restaurierung durchgeführt, seitdem wurden die Restaurierungsarbeiten nie abgeschlossen... Das Nordportal, genannt Comtes du Perche, ist durch seine Skulpturen bemerkenswert.

It was in the aftermath of the Hundred Years War that the current church was built, at the request of the inhabitants of the city with Marguerite de Lorraine, Duchess of Alençon and Countess of Perche. The work ended around 1535 but the bell tower was topped with a particularly elegant slate dome a few years later (1635). Unfortunately, this tower was the victim of a fire during a large local demonstration, then a catastrophic restoration in 1890, since then, the restoration work was never completed… The north portal, known as the Counts of the Perche, is remarkable for its sculptures.

È all'indomani della guerra dei cent'anni che fu costruita la chiesa attuale, su richiesta degli abitanti della città presso Margherita di Lorena, duchessa di Alençon e contessa di Perche. I lavori terminarono intorno al 1535, ma la torre campanaria sarà sormontata da una cupola di ardesia particolarmente elegante pochi anni dopo (1635). Ahimè, questa torre è stata vittima di un incendio durante una grande manifestazione locale, poi di un restauro catastrofico nel 1890, da allora i lavori di restauro non sono mai stati portati a termine... Il portale nord, detto dei conti di Perche, è notevole per le sue sculture.

C'est au lendemain de la guerre de Cent Ans que fut construite l’église actuelle, à la demande des habitants de la ville auprès de Marguerite de Lorraine, duchesse d’Alençon et comtesse du Perche. Les travaux se terminent vers 1535 mais la tour clocher sera coiffée d’un dôme d’ardoise particulièrement élégant quelques années plus tard (1635). Hélas, cette tour a été victime d’un incendie lors d’une grande manifestation locale, puis d’une restauration catastrophique en 1890, depuis, les travaux de restauration n’ont jamais été menés à leur terme…Le portail Nord, dit des comtes du Perche, est remarquable par ses sculptures.

Después de la Guerra de los Cien Años se construyó la iglesia actual, a petición de los habitantes de la ciudad cerca de Margarita de Lorena, duquesa de Alençon y condesa de Perche. Los trabajos se terminan hacia 1535, pero la torre campanario estará coronada por una cúpula de pizarra particularmente elegante algunos años más tarde (1635). Por desgracia, esta torre fue víctima de un incendio durante una gran manifestación local, y luego de una restauración catastrófica en 1890, desde entonces, los trabajos de restauración nunca se han completado... El portal norte, llamado de los condes del Perche, es notable por sus esculturas.
