Sie fahren durch die engen Gassen des mittelalterlichen Zentrums, bevor Sie einen Pfad erreichen, der auch der Ausgangspunkt für den Aufstieg zum Monte Astu (1535 m) ist. Nach einem kurzen Aufstieg erreichen Sie das kleine Plateau von Luzarellu, den dominierenden Punkt der Route, der Ihnen einen weiten Panoramablick auf die gesamte Region bietet. Die Rückfahrt führt durch ein Tal, das der Gemüsegarten von Lama war, und dann, nach einem erfrischenden Halt in der „Funtana Bona“, überqueren Sie die alten Terrassen der Kulturen, die von unzähligen Trockenmauern getragen werden. A/R Loop Duration 2H The start of the loop is located on the village square where the parish church of San Lorenzu (15th century) is located. You will walk through the narrow alleys of the medieval center before joining a path that is also the starting point for climbing Monte Astu (1535 m). After a brief ascent you will reach the small plateau of Luzarellu, the dominant point of the route that will offer you a vast panorama of the whole region. The return takes a valley that was the vegetable garden of Lama and, after a refreshing stop at the “Funtana Bona”, you will cross the ancient terraces of cultures supported by countless dry stone walls. Finally, you will finish this loop by joining the village with an unusual site, that of the cheese cellars of the house Corallini.

Durata ciclo a/R 2 H. L'inizio dell'anello si trova sulla piazza del paese dove si trova la chiesa parrocchiale di San Lorenzu (XV secolo). Camminerai attraverso i vicoli stretti del centro medievale prima di imboccare un sentiero che è anche il punto di partenza per salire sul Monte Astu (1535 m). Dopo una breve salita raggiungerai il piccolo altopiano di Luzarellu, il punto dominante del percorso che ti offrirà un vasto panorama su tutta la regione. Il ritorno prende una valle che era l'orto di Lama e, dopo una rinfrescante sosta alla "Funtana Bona", attraverserai le antiche terrazze di culture supportate da innumerevoli muretti a secco. Infine, concluderai questo giro unendoti al villaggio con un sito insolito, quello delle cantine di formaggio della casa Corallini.

A/R Duración del bucle 2H El inicio del bucle se encuentra en la plaza del pueblo donde se encuentra la iglesia parroquial de San Lorenzu (siglo XV). Caminarás por los estrechos callejones del centro medieval antes de unirte a un sendero que es también el punto de partida para escalar el Monte Astu (1535 m). Después de una breve subida llegarás a la pequeña meseta de Luzarellu, el punto dominante de la ruta que te ofrecerá un vasto panorama de toda la región. El regreso toma un valle que fue el huerto de Lama y, después de una refrescante parada en la Funtana Bona, cruzará las antiguas terrazas de culturas sostenidas por innumerables muros de piedra seca. Finalmente, terminará este bucle uniendo el pueblo con un sitio inusual, el de las bodegas de queso de la casa Corallini.
