Dank des Besitzers des Anwesens, der Gemeinde Bouray-sur-Juine, dem Verein Bouray und seiner Geschichte sowie den ehrenamtlichen Mitgliedern können die Besucher am 19. und 20. September 2026 anlässlich der Europäischen Tage des Kulturerbes das Schloss Mesnil-Voysin betreten.
Besucher werden von ausgewählten freiwilligen Mitgliedern und Ausstellern begrüßt. Die Öffentlichkeit kann sich über ein Parterre mit alten Oldtimern aus der Sammlung freuen, den Brotbackofen besuchen, den Taubenbaum mit seinem ursprünglichen Gerüst und seiner mobilen Scheune besichtigen, die restaurierte Kapelle sowie das große Wohnzimmer besuchen und dann entlang der Stände entspannen. Es wird eine Herde von Schafen mit einer Vorführung von Hirtenhunden, ein Imker, ein Eisenhandwerker, ein Tapezierer, Holzdreher, Dachdecker, Glaserhersteller usw. anwesend sein. Der Brotofen wird für diese beiden Tage ausnahmsweise wieder in Betrieb genommen und ermöglicht das Backen von altmodischem Brot sowie von im Holzfeuer gebackenen Brei. Apfelsaft wird ebenfalls vor Ort hergestellt und an eine lokale Organisation verkauft.
Gourmet-Markt und Kunsthandwerk (etwa 70 Aussteller) sowie kleine Gastronomie vor Ort.

Thanks to the owner of the estate, the municipality of Bouray sur Juine, the Bouray association and its history, and volunteer members, visitors will be able to enter the Château du Mesnil-Voysin on 19 and 20 September 2026 during the European Heritage Days.
Visitors will be greeted by selected volunteer members and exhibitors. The public will be able to marvel in front of a parterre of old vintage cars, visit the bread oven, the dovecote with its original framework and its mobile rack, the restored chapel, the large living room, then relax throughout the stands. Will be present a flock of sheep with a demonstration of shepherds' dogs, a beekeeper, a metalworker, an upholsterer, wood turners, roofers, manufacturer of stained glass windows, etc... The bread oven is exceptionally put back in operation for these two days and allows you to make old-fashioned bread and focaccia baked over a wood fire. Apple juice is also made on site and sold to a local association.
Gourmet market and arts and crafts (about 70 exhibitors) and snacks on site.

Grazie al proprietario della tenuta, al comune di Bouray-sur-Juine, all'associazione Bouray e alla sua storia e ai membri volontari, i visitatori potranno entrare nel castello del Mesnil-Voysin il 19 e 20 settembre 2026 in occasione delle Giornate europee del patrimonio.
I visitatori saranno accolti da membri volontari ed espositori selezionati. Il pubblico potrà meravigliarsi di fronte a un parco di auto d'epoca, visitare il forno per il pane, la tortora con la sua struttura originale e la falciatrice mobile, la cappella restaurata, il grande salone e poi rilassarsi lungo i banchi. Saranno presenti un gregge di pecore con una dimostrazione di cani da pastore, un apicoltore, un fabbro, un tappezziere, giratori su legno, ricognitori, produttore di vetrate, ecc... Il forno da pane viene rimesso eccezionalmente in funzione per questi due giorni e permette di fare pane all'antica e focacce cotte sul fuoco a legna. Anche il succo di mela viene prodotto in loco e venduto a un'associazione locale.

Gracias al propietario de la finca, a la municipalidad de Bouray sur Juine, a la asociación Bouray y su historia y a los miembros voluntarios, los visitantes podrán entrar en el castillo del Mesnil-Voysin los días 19 y 20 de septiembre de 2026 con motivo de las Jornadas europeas del patrimonio.
Los visitantes serán recibidos por miembros voluntarios y expositores seleccionados. El público podrá maravillarse ante un parterre de coches antiguos de colección, visitar el horno de pan, el palomar con su estructura original y su desove móvil, la capilla restaurada, el gran salón y luego relajarse a lo largo de los puestos. Estarán presentes un rebaño de ovejas con una demostración de perros pastores, un apicultor, un herrero, un tapicero, giradores de madera, techadores, fabricante de vitrales, etc... El horno de pan se vuelve a poner en funcionamiento excepcionalmente durante estos dos días y permite hacer pan al estilo antiguo y hojaleras cocidas en un fuego de leña. El jugo de manzana también se fabrica en la localidad y se vende a una asociación local.
Mercado gourmet y artesanía (alrededor de 70 expositores) y pequeña restauración en el lugar.
