In Volx eröffnet das Écomusée l'Olivier, der einzige Ort in der Provence, der vollständig dem Olivenanbau gewidmet ist und in einem alten Kalkofen zu Beginn des 20. Jahrhunderts untergebracht ist, ausnahmsweise am Freitag seine Werkstatt zur Herstellung von Brémond Fils Mandeln für den Aperitif. und bietet samstags kostenlose Führungen durch die tausendjährige Geschichte des Olivenbaums an. Verkostung im Geschäft nach jedem Besuch.

In Volx, the Ecomuseum l'Olivier, the only place in Provence entirely dedicated to the cultivation of the olive tree, housed in a former lime kiln from the early 20th century, is exceptionally opening its workshop for making Brémond Fils aperitif almonds on Fridays, and offers free guided tours of the millenary history of the olive tree on Saturdays.
