Pantin, die historische Säule des "roten Gürtels", war im 20. Jahrhundert von einer starken Tradition des Kommunalsozialismus geprägt, dann von mehr als einem halben Jahrhundert kommunistischer Kommunität, von 1945 bis 2001. Von der Industrialisierung bis zu den großen Arbeiterkämpfen, von den gewerkschaftlichen Mobilisierungen bis zu den antifaschistischen und internationalistischen Kämpfen war die Stadt ein wichtiger Schauplatz für die Kämpfe der Arbeiterbewegung und die Aktionen der französischen kommunistischen Partei.
Diese Geschichte hat sich auch konkret in der Stadt niedergeschlagen: Sozialwohnungen, Schulen, Sport- und Kultureinrichtungen, Bibliotheken, Stadtteilentwicklung ... All diese Errungenschaften zeugen von einer Konzeption der städtischen Politik, die auf dem Recht auf Wohnung, Bildung, Kultur, Sport und ein menschenwürdiges Leben für alle beruht.

Historical pillar of the "red belt", Pantin is marked in the 20th century by a strong tradition of municipal socialism, then by more than half a century of communist municipality, from 1945 to 2001. From industrialization to the great labor struggles, from trade union mobilizations to anti-fascist and internationalist fights, the city has been a major terrain of the struggles of the labor movement and the action of the French Communist Party.
This history has also been concretely inscribed in the city: popular housing, schools, sports and cultural facilities, libraries, neighborhood development... Pilastro storico della "cintura rossa", Pantin è stata segnata nel XX secolo da una forte tradizione di socialismo comunale e poi da più di mezzo secolo di municipalità comunista, dal 1945 al 2001. Dall'industrializzazione alle grandi lotte operaie, dalle mobilitazioni sindacali alle battaglie antifasciste e internazionaliste, la città è stata un terreno importante delle lotte del movimento operaio e dell'azione del Partito comunista francese.
Questa storia si è registrata anche concretamente nella città: alloggi popolari, scuole, strutture sportive e culturali, biblioteche, assetto dei quartieri ... Tutti risultati che testimoniano una concezione della politica municipale basata sul diritto alla casa, all'istruzione, alla cultura, allo sport e a una vita dignitosa per tutti.
Lungo il canale dell'Ourcq e i vecchi quartieri operai, venite a scoprire Pantin in modo diverso, il suo patrimonio industriale e popolare, le donne e gli uomini che l'hanno modellata, così come le lotte sociali e politiche che hanno segnato la sua storia. Pilier historique de la « ceinture rouge », Pantin est marquée au XXe siècle par une forte tradition de socialisme municipal, puis par plus d’un demi-siècle de municipalité communiste, de 1945 à 2001. De l’industrialisation aux grandes luttes ouvrières, des mobilisations syndicales aux combats antifascistes et internationalistes, la ville a été un terrain majeur des luttes du mouvement ouvrier et de l’action du Parti communiste français.

Pilar histórico del "cinturón rojo", Pantin está marcado en el siglo XX por una fuerte tradición de socialismo municipal y luego por más de medio siglo de municipalidad comunista, desde 1945 hasta 2001. De la industrialización a las grandes luchas obreras, de las movilizaciones sindicales a los combates antifascistas e internacionalistas, la ciudad ha sido un terreno importante de las luchas del movimiento obrero y de la acción del Partido Comunista francés.
Esta historia se inscribe también concretamente en la ciudad: viviendas populares, escuelas, instalaciones deportivas y culturales, bibliotecas, acondicionamiento de los barrios ... Tantos logros que dan testimonio de una concepción de la política municipal basada en el derecho a la vivienda, a la educación, a la cultura, al deporte y a una vida digna para todos.
