Die Architekten Renée Gailhoustet und Jean Renaudie haben im Herzen des Stadtzentrums multifunktionale Räume, öffentliche und private begrünte Terrassen sowie Gemeinschaftswohnungen gebaut, die den Zugang zur Architektur für alle ermöglichen.
Sonntag, 20. September
• Um 11 Uhr: architektonischer Spaziergang, organisiert von der Association ArchIvry, gefolgt von einem gemeinsamen Bankett am Place Voltaire.
"Das Gebäude-Viertel Jeanne Hachette verstehen, um seine Vorstellungskraft wiederzuerlangen" oder wie die Sterne von Ivry des Architekten Jean Renaudie (Grand Prix national d'architecture 1978) sind die Unterstützung einer visionären Architektur, die die klassische Insel untergräbt und eine neue Idee des Stadtzentrums vorschlägt.

• Von 15:00 bis 17:30 Uhr: Führungen durch Terrassenwohnungen, organisiert vom Verein Jardins à tous les étages - Ivry.
Einzigartige Pläne für jede Wohnung, Terrassen, Patios, Halbstock- oder Doppelduplex-Wohnungen, die Architekten haben Häuser geliefert, in denen der Raum völlig neu gestaltet ist. In einem privilegierten Moment des Austauschs öffnen die Bewohner ihre Türen und werden zu Ihren Führern auf einer untypischen Tour durch mehrere der emblematischen Gebäude im Stadtzentrum.

"Understanding the building-district Jeanne Hachette to reclaim his imagination" or how the Étoiles d'Ivry by architect Jean Renaudie (Grand Prix national d'architecture 1978) are the support of a visionary architecture that subverts the classic block and proposes a new idea of the city center.

• From 3 to 5:30 pm: guided tours of the penthouses organized by the association Jardins à tous les étages - Ivry.
Unique plans for each apartment, terraces, patios, duplex in half-floor or double height, the architects delivered dwellings in which space is completely revisited. In a privileged moment of exchanges, the inhabitants open their doors, and become your guides through an atypical course at the heart of several of the emblematic buildings of the city center.

Piani unici per ogni appartamento, terrazze, patii, duplex a metà piano o a doppia altezza, gli architetti hanno consegnato abitazioni in cui lo spazio è completamente rivisitato. In un momento privilegiato di scambi, gli abitanti aprono le loro porte e diventano le vostre guide attraverso un percorso atipico nel cuore di molti degli edifici emblematici del centro città.

En un momento privilegiado de intercambios, los habitantes abren sus puertas y se convierten en sus guías a través de un recorrido atípico por varios edificios emblemáticos del centro de la ciudad.
